Glad to hear. Check out Brainstorm for Brain Injury, facebook, instagram or website. It is a non-profit and we are trying to find help for people who have had a brain injury.

I suffered from a moderate concussion back in 2017 (was misdiagnosed as a mild concussion) and for the following 3 years I was extremely impaired at work. In 2020 I quit my job and filed for disability (I've been denied repeatedly since). All of the neurological symptoms I've been experiencing remind me of dementia (the pharmaceuticals that I'm required to take also have an impact on my cognitive functions). What would you recommend I do to help heal my brain naturally (my family is my primary source of anxiety, bills and unemployment are 2nd, and I live outside the city limits yet no where near where I'd prefer to be (as far away from civilization that I can't see nor hear evidence of humanity)? I also can't drive and only interact with family daily.

Exercise is great for the brain. Do you have any access (even over telehealth) to a cognitive therapist who works with brain injury survivors?
