Catrike replaced my front end on my Expedition last year. It was a recall, as the death wobble is unfixable, without replacing the spindles. Kudos to Catrike for the free upgrade.

I went through all the procedures shown in this video for my 7 year old Dumont, and still had the death wobble...no improvement. So, I tried one last thing, not shown in the video...replacing the hard/worn out front suspension elastomers. And, instant joy!

This trike in the video is considered a "reverse trike" but the principles are the same for both types of recumbent trikes.

Commonly called a Tadpole vs the Delta with 2 wheels in back. Delta's tend to be a bit higher for seating where as the tadpoles are more laid back closer to the ground for speed and terrifying yourself on highspeed corners.
