So I had to Amend my 2014 taxes because I didn't file a 1099K. My last 2 years of refunds were taken but after my Amended Return is processed the IRS will owe me a bunch of money. Should I wait for the IRS to refund that money before filing the Form 843???

Yes, always wait for your returns to be processed before filing the next form that effects the same situation.... because you never know what will happen in that process and it's really confusing. Always wait, so that you know the actual, current amounts. One thing to note - while of course you report your business sales - you do not file form 1099-K

Hi Amanda! Thanks for this information! Do you know if there's supplemental form to file?My husband got a back pay from his overtime from the company. He got big amount and he got taxed in it.The W2 increased by half than regular wages. The numbers all adjusted here.Thank you very much.
