This PV left me totally speechless. Like...wow..I mean, maybe it's not the kind of awesomeness the others were expecting for, but Airi's gorgeousness compensed for it all, at least for me. Her acting, her face, her shiny eyes, her gestures and moves, her sweet expressions, her..everything. She's so perfect in every possible way. I could go on forever but I'll never manage to put in one comment all I feel in my heart for this girl.
Still the best song and music video project C-ute has ever done. I'm gonna miss them so much! ;_; The creative minds behind this single did an amazing job getting the girls the public attention back that they deserve.
Huh, lame choreographies are lame. So, we turn backwards dramatically then turn again then we pretend we're looking at our clock and do a worried face then toss our hand in the sky all with a dramatic face, put our hands in our chest and run to the camera with a face and pose like saying saying "don't go, don't go"... Mrs choreographer, stop making these girls look ridiculous, think of something less cheesy next time. The rest of the choreography is boring too. Meh. Okay, so this isn't a single like Kiss me Aishiteru or Crazy Kanzen na Otona (that reeked with "SEXINESS!!!") but unfortunately it's a boring single, it has a pretty setting (for the boyfriend scenes, that is), pretty clothing for the girls (for the close-ups and boyfriend scenes, that is, again) and Chisato, Airi and Maimi looked really pretty... but that's everything I really like about this video... (though on the bright side, the scenes with the boyfriend were very nice). The song is nothing special, it's boring, not that slow songs in general are boring but for this I don't like the instrumental nor the rhythm much. Slow songs like Shiawase No Tochuu or Kono Machi are much more interesting in both aspects. The lyrics are pretty nice, however. I'm wondering if the person accompanying Airi is an actual guy, if that's the case then I'm suprised because every time a guy is required for an idol music video then they either recur to crossdressing or mannequins, just as if men were an endangered species that can only be found at the end of the rainbow and since that costs too much money then it's much easier to use whatever else they have at hand. Also, I didn't know the wota could take one of their idols to be holding hands with a guy, even if it's pretend! Not to mention it's with Airi, a very popular idol in her group and in H!P. Also, Airi is apparently the only one who can get a boyfake, the others are just no important enough to get one (either that or they couldn't afford to pay 4 more guys to act in the video). And just exactly how long do you plan to wave goodbye Airi? Is he going to war? Are you going to war? Are you not to see each other for a long time or what? If that's not the case then just wave for a minute then get over it! (It can't be more obvious that they just wanted to fill the 5 minutes the song lasts...). And this is not °C-ute's lowest selling single? No, Sekaiichi HAPPY Na Onna No Ko is. It shall remain a mystery why boring singles like Meguru Koi No Kisetsu, Aitai Aitai Aitai Na, Aitai Lonely Christmas and this sold better than that one.

+PeachOriginal For a person who has mostly negative things to say about C-ute, apart from few positive comments here and there, you surely spend many hours watching their videos… What a great paradox!

DARTHWISDOM I don't really have THAT much negative comments for C-ute as a group (in fact, I think that most of the members are wonderful), if you pay attention, I mostly have negative reviews on the MUSIC VIDEOS. Do the girls make their own music videos? Of course not, it's the H!P staff. At this point I think that UFA is infamous for not giving as much budget to their groups as they should and it shows on music videos, that's what I criticize (hey, I even have some negative reviews in some mv's from my favorite H!P group, because even though I love the members, sometimes they were unlucky to get lame music videos and that makes you disappointed). Of course I've seen all the singles of this group (not really many hours, but not 5 minutes either, to make sure I am being as fair as possible), I'm always trying to find nice things from groups I'm interested in, but I like to give my opinion when I don't like something. Sometimes I criticize the music videos but I praise the song; I'm not really trying to be mean, I'm just critical. I have a bad review on this single because I don't like the song neither the music video, but C-ute singles in which I don't like both are rare. You know, I've seen bloggers who focus on idols being much more harsh on H!P groups budget for mv's/just mv's than I am (and they review a LOT of their mv's), they just don't comment on KZbin. That said, what's your point? I don't 100% get what were you trying to say with your reply. I'm always eager to discuss different opinions.

+PeachOriginal You read my comment, but didn’t try to understand. To simply put it, it was an observation on your critic about their videos. Any criticism should be acceptable, but it should also be adjusted to the specific standards. For example, you cannot criticize a C-ute video the same way you will criticize a Madonna video. Jpop industry does not recognize idols as artists. Its only about the money, the more you sell the more they will invest. Only with maximum effort to boost your sales, either as an individual or a group, will ensure bigger budget. Its never about luck or favoritism. Some are more committed and charismatic then others.

+DARTHWISDOM There's no way I could have known you were talking about that from what you said in your first comment (you just said that I was contradicting myself by giving some criticism and still watching their videos, which, by the way, isn't contradicting myself because I don't hate the group, I just don't like some of their singles/music videos). I know idols won't get as much as budget as other artists (and I don't even watch Madonna, so I'm not really comparing C-ute to her or other western singers or even other J-pop groups; I only compare H!P with itself) but that doesn't mean they can just blatantly give plain backrounds, cheap effects, silly outfits or silly choreographies to their idols (this is the only choreography from C-ute that I think is plain silly because of too much over the top dramatic acting). I'm not expecting them to have a super sensational video with fireworks or something like that, I just want a pretty/nice MV (Ooki na Ai de Motenashite, Sekaiichi HAPPY na Onna No Ko...) . At this point °C-ute was having good sales, so just a little more effort wouldn't have killed the staff. H!P produced some great MV's in the past even for groups that were just starting (and obviously hadn't as much sales as they had in the future), why did they changed?

PERSONAL OPINION: I actually PREFER this over Kono Machi and Shiawase no Tochuu. This song reminds me of the old slow songs that I grew up listening to. The instrumental is TOP notch imo. It incorporates an electric guitar sound into it and the drums just before the chorus!!!! That makes it a step up! I find the Mv for this better than Kono Machi. Green (blue?) screen walking siting and lip syncing don't really sound too.....exciting of an MV (like MM's Aruiteru). "And just exactly how long do you plan to wave goodbye Airi? Is he going to war? Are you going to war? Are you not to see each other for a long time or what? If that's not the case then just wave for a minute then get over it!" This was painful to read. It makes you sound like you really don't understand much of the feelings of the song. It's that high schooler teen love. It may be a bit over dramatic but since when has music and entertainment in general NOT been a little over the top just to convey a strong feeling? It's rare. As for your last paragraph, This single was promoted SO MUCH! They released a solo edition of each member, released so many videos of the different scenes and even a drama version! It's really not hard to see at all from that perspective. I didn't find Meguru Koi no Kisetsu boring at all. A very happy single! Not my fav tho. Aitai Aitai Aitai na though is not that interesting, but very fun to sing! I love Aitai Lonely Christmas, again, not my fav. Overall, imo, this single is very notable and my fav C-ute slow song. I find myself singing or humming this song when I'm lost in thought. It's soothing to me. I'm not a very good critic because I always like to see the positives of idol groups that I like. HOWEVER, I am picky about what groups I like. If I like a group or singer, they have really worked toward it. I like MM (a few songs are just ugh...), Berryz Koubou (was my fav group for a long time, I cried the hardest of their so called hiatus), C-ute (didn't like them at first then I saw Tokaikko Junjou and said nevermind XD), Buono, and most groups under H!P. I don't like groups like AKB (or any affiliated groups) and another I can't remember at the moment.... and a lot of others I found are meh to me. So I guess my point is.....I don't dislike many songs of groups I like but rather, I listen to some more than others or I have to be in the mood to listen to some.
