Hye ive had septicaemia in my left arm in 2015,, last year i got a pain in my left arm mostly shoulder,, ive been to a@e 3 times last year, i went to bed with a little bit of pain in left shoulder woke up and my head was killing me my shoulder was way worse my breathing changed im getting awull headache and toilet issues 2,,my ears do be roaring hot sometimes,, i tried chiropractor massage pt,, but im still in this pain iseen a Dr the other day she said that the infection i had in 2015 is eating my bones but she also said i could just be getting old i know its not that wen she said 2015 infection was it i said nothing cause i new she was right and the pain did remind me of that 2015 septic infection i had its just been undiagnosed now yr late could u give me some advice on my symptoms,, my normal dr said they tested in December for septic,, nd it was negative,, im so sure its that soon as the 1 DR said it was back i really think she right but could you help please @what does patchy marrow odema seen at the Glen humeral joint mean from my mri,, I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME ill be forever gratefull

Yes, very large arteries have smaller blood vessels supplying blood to the tissues in their walls, somewhat bizarrely. They are called, "vasa vasorum".
