A big salute to you sir , this happened, nearly 18 years before , as it was an offer , a free annual health check up in Apolo hospital , I went happily as am very healthy and at the end of the day I returned crying because of their various tests and their reports, they told I had fibroid and it may end up in cancer soon , so must soon remove my uterus to escape cancer , , they told I may develop breast cancer , , till date am healthy and I don’t have any problem. ( I stopped going to hospital after a few good doctors like u explained that not to worry untill I sense any pain or abnormalities) ..., it’s all scam in most of the big hospitals . I still got the reports ,,, I feel that it was a great escape .......u r a boon to the mankind sir ... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻thanks in loads sir.

Do water fasting for 24 to 36 hours per week.eat carbs less and eat more salads and fruits.che k your vitamin d test .if the blood report shows less vitd take vitd supplements. Take turmeric and pepper concoction first think in the morning. Do exercise.eat dairy free and gluten free food.
