So glad to see this! Nice job by the way! The best part of this game, and the most interesting to watch for me, is dancing on the fine line between destruction and growth. Your micro is fast enough that you can recover from many problems. This game is actually all about sound, and agro. Lots of room for your psycho trademark play in this game. Good luck!

The cool part of this game is that besides the 4 resources, there are 2 hidden ones: space and most importantly sound. At 800%, one has to balance expanding aggressively, minimizing noise, and get just enough defences in time for the waves but also from random small waves that come from all 4 directions. One of my favorite games, simple, brutal and unforgiving. Also fun :D

Annoyingly hardcore, wish you could save and reload, so frustrating to lose a 45 min game to oversights and having to totally restart.

Four resources? There's at least nine: Gold, Wood, Stone, Iron, Oil, Workers, Food, Power, Space. Maybe army. I probably wouldn't describe Sound as a resource, although I agree it's an important mechanic.

This RTS is pretty cool. A sort of tower defense combined with RTS. It looks fun. I saw someone do the campaign after seeing your first video. He did say he didn’t like the hero missions and didn’t do them.

One of the tips to keep health bars on: 1. Bind the hotkey to a number on the numpad 2. Hold down the number key 3. Click on the button to disable numbers on numpad while holding the key still down 4. Now health bars are permanently visible and you no longer need to physically hold the key down.

They straight up didn't balance the harder difficulties, especially hero missions, so just having 'literally eight times the enemies' on the equivalent to those Starcraft 1 installation no-build missions... I'll just say when I got through, I just turned the difficulty to like 25 percent for those specifically.

If you pull zombies in front of the train, it will kill them, your units will have no problem. but first there should be as many houses/food as possible Do not build the houses far apart. In the mission, the houses are populated when the train arrives. In the game, however, immediately (but there is no train there) In the game itself, when you cover an area with the market and the bank, preferably don't build anything else :)

I was surprised how much I liked the macro in this game too. You'd think 8 different resources would just make an annoying mess, but I liked how the entire map can be farmed in some way, and you can really optimize to multiply your economy.

It gives the random survival maps almost infinite replay value. Love watching guys like KenseiTV attempt the brutal seeds that require tons of planning and resource triage.

you can set "show health bars" hotkey to numpad1, press this in game and then press numlock key, so you can have all bars always on without holding alt in default. It's easier to micro in this way + you cant really miss zombies. Everyone playing like this, devs was just too lazy to add option "bars always on". This game is great from release, had potential to be a big title but devs didn't cared, which is a big blunder. This game has still a good player base even if game is abandoned. Imagine like 2x more units, improved units control and so on. I dont understand why they did game like this only to abandon this as fast as possible.

Yes. This is what I wanted more than anything, the campaign is jank but I still just love it. And I'm going to love watching Pro Starcraft Micro go up against literally (metaphorically) billions of zombies in a progressive series of unlocks and research and stuff. Even just a bit of context adds to each map and the experience of watching it. Does this also mean you've done the campaign for TAB before any Starcraft Campaign content or did I miss something?

You can juke zombie hits and grab crates early.

Tip: rebind the hotkey to show hp bars to a numpad key (default is alt), press and hold that key, press numlock, and viola, the game now always show hp bar. No more camouflaged zombie wandering into your base undetected.

the best part about this game is that for 800% diff, the earlier part is the most annoying part. even the very fist mission are a pain, still im 100% everyone everyone will kinda stuck a bit at the pass map(or something) where you spawn in the middle with river run through your base. that stage is insane
