That training run was a beast, roughly 1/4 of the UTMB numbers! Love your assimilation into Italian life, can't beat good pizza, gelatto and a Birra Morreti. Keep up the quality content and training!

Heck yeah! Literally just start running on the trails - that’s it! Trails are slower than running on the road, so don’t stress about your splits. But most of all just enjoy it. 🤙

Looks like someone asked about your Norda 001 shoes, however, I have some specific questions. 1. Is the toe box wide, good toe splay, no pinching or tight fit on one side? 2. Is that Dyneema upper breathable, I'd heard mixed reviews, some say yes, some no? Otherwise, all the specs look good to me, and the stack seems near perfect.

Wider toebox than Hokas for sure. They fit my feet very well - no pinching etc. The upper feels breathable enough, comparable to shoes I’ve been using recently although I’m not a heavy sweater. I love them, but at their price point I suggest trying them on somewhere first. Hope that helps!

@@lukewbarrettThanks for the deets! I am not a heavy foot sweater either. I was thinking more about places with high humidity, say the U.S. midwest, and when it rains, like here in the PacNW. I guess neither the 001 or 002 have drain holes, crazy. Looks like an interesting shoe though.
