Thank you very much. I haven't forgotten about Shadows Over Lassadar, I'm waiting for a new printer, then I squeeze a playthrough in between the contest videos as soon as I can. ;)

Great content, man. Quickly becoming one of my favorite channels :) Thanks for covering pnp games. I like that you just jump into it, rather than spending 30 minutes with a detailed how-to-play first. Have you tried 12 patrols? Would you like to make a video of that game? Same with Court of Nine :) It has a cool mars theme now :D

Thank you very much, you are too kind. I have files for those games and few other smaller games like Under the Falling Skies, so eventually they should get their turn.

Great video! You saved the world... thanks :) Just one thing: during encounters you roll both dice according v3 rules.

You're right, I totally missed that. Let's never speak of this again :) Thank you!

and if you roll and you get 1 monster attack and 1 attack from you (ex. Level 1 monster: roll 1,6) , the monster deals the damage first, and then you defeat it.

Another great walk through. I watched your Harbinger Project walk through too. Both are great explanations of the games.

Thanks for the videos, you help me decide what to build, and teach how to play. I like the way you feel the need to shake dice before dropping them in the tower. 🤣

Great playthrough, Veselko! Always enjoy your content. I'm trying Utopia Engine for the first time and I have a question: according to the 3rd edition rulebook every time you change the location you must erase "all progress marks from your current region's search tracker", is that correct? I noticed you did not erase any search tracker during the game.
@VeselkoKelava2 жыл бұрын
Yes, you're supposed to erase it, but it doesn't matter unless you go back to a location you already visited before. So, you can just erase it when you travel to a location second time. Same results, but less erasing.

I find your video so helpful. Thanks so much. I have a question. Why did you subtract 10 when Good Fortune should apply when you are at the Location 3, not at the Location 1. Am I missing something here?

At 45:46, since you got a perfect zero, don't you add 5 energy points onto God's hand, resulting in all 6 energy bars filled to let you scratch off 2 skulls?

@VeselkoKelava4 жыл бұрын
If you get knocked unconscious, you must spend 6 days to rest and recover all the hit points.

I think you need to roll both dice when you fight a monster, so it's possible for it to hit you on the same turn as you kill it.
@VeselkoKelava3 жыл бұрын
You don't roll separately for each, eg. If you roll 5 or 6 you hit the monster, if you roll 1, monster hits you.
@hankdean153 жыл бұрын
The instructions I have say to roll both dice. I do have version 3.0 rules so the old rules might be different.
@silentspoon66552 жыл бұрын
Correct. With the 3rd Edition map (used in this video) and the 3rd Edition rules: "Roll both dice. Any dice that fall within the monster’s attack range each deal one damage to you. Record the damage on your hit point vial. If you accumulate six or more damage, combat ends (see Unconsciousness and Death). Any dice that fall within your attack range count as a hit and kill the monster. Continue rolling both dice until you defeat the monster by scoring a hit. If you ever score a hit and take damage on the same roll, the monster deals its damage first."
@xfiler1121 Жыл бұрын
@@silentspoon6655I am still really confused on taking damage. If I roll a 2 on the attack, that means I take two damage or is it just one damage per failure? I have 2E and the verbage isn't clear on how much damge you take. If you don't take more than 1 then how is it possible for you to die?
@norlin765 ай бұрын
@@xfiler1121 I know this is way too late, but for anyone else coming along it might be helpful. "Any dice that fall within the monster's attack range each deal one damage to you." So if attack range is 1-2 and you roll a 2 and 3 on the attack, you'll end up taking one damage.
