They turned a classic into classical/contemporary ( how would you describe music in scifi dystopia I got no clue tbh) with dance and then slapped rap on top seamlessly ending acapellla.

They did that to show how that works is. They made things simple easier because that's the way to control people. They did the rap thing to show his skills
