1 I studied the order , and as law college student I almost concluded same and posted on Facebook , after that I saw this video and I felt similar views shared . 2. I felt from academic point student under strict observation of iit security , etc. or converting certain area as substitute jail he should be allowed to complete the course and get degree ,else afterwards there are chances this student may become only 12 pass and become criminal or ruin his life completely 3. I felt that judge wanted both students to concentrate on study , accused under strict observation of authority and let session court decide the case on merit . This were my sincere independent observation upon reading but media has created something out of nothing

@@DrAmitabhSingh Sir , 3-4 years back Hon'ble Justice Abhay Oak visited our law college that time he was Bombay High Court Judge , now recently promoted to Supreme Court . I remember his statement , " Judgement ( and order) should be critisied but it has to be studied first and read properly. ( remaining statement I don't remember will post when I hear that speech again ) . So no one in media seems to have read it . Additional they are spoiling educational institutions environment by first giving or creating sensational news then provoking girl victim then she giving comments and whole atmosphere is spoil regarding iit . Now if someone points error at media house then they will publish courts etc prohibited media from publishing anything which can relate to criticize of order.

Today not only the media personals but the majority of KZbinrs are also only creating sensation for their growth and revenue which is not good for the notion of free and Impartial Trial, let the judiciary for their work.
