One thing I adore about Utsu-P is their choice of subject matter. It would never occur to me that there would be a heavy metal song about trying to hold onto childhood imagination and creativity, but Utsu-P makes it work so well. They know how to tap into all sorts of fears, angers, and pains, and unfolds a beautiful story each time.
You're one of the few artists whose music I can't get bored of no matter how much I listen to them over the years. Hell, your music got me hooked on vocaloid in general, so you helped me to find a whole another universe of music I wouldn't have explored otherwise.

This is kinda personal but who gaf tbh I've never made a comment on this video even after so long -- this song is EASILY my favorite Vocaloid song of all time. (3rd out of any song ever.) I have heard well over a thousand Vocaloid songs by now ever since I became obsessed at the age of 11, but when I heard this one for the first time, it was an instant attraction; very rare for me since songs usually take a bit to grow on me. This song has seriously helped me discover one of my biggest problems; our loss of imagination as we age. I had never realized it before this song. I didn't know what was wrong with me. Why was life so monochrome? Why must something abnormal have to happen--how is it that something must disrupt my daily life in order for me to feel anything? How come I couldn't just be contempt with existing normally like a kid? I finally found out after so long. It's imagination; or lack thereof. I had never realized that my imagination was being torn apart by life for this long. Ever since then, I have been desperately trying to hold on to my childhood imagination, and even rekindle it due to it withering away over the years. Anytime I can just stop and imagine--be it by listening to music, composing music, or drawing--that's when I'm at my most happiest; second to reliving childhood experiences. That's why I've been trying to strengthen my imagination for a while, going on a journey to reclaim it, I guess. Let's brake it down: This whole song is about a girls imagination under attack by the outside forces of life. "I hate this expression and depiction." - Likely referring to the experience of when someone "ruins your childhood" in the sense that they depict something from said childhood in a appalling way; such as erotically or horrifically. Often times an erotic depiction can end up replacing your original view of that thing, whatever it may be. I interpret the often comparison of imagination to magic in this song as how happiness is like magic. A moment where you can just be happy feels like magic. Being able to imagine properly makes you happy; I can't explain why. I have so many interpretations about this song and the chain of events that are described through the song and the video, but this comment is getting too long.
