btw, Indian chinese foods are for mostly indians, but original chinese foods are very different, but most small chinese restaurants in the west are greasy foods. Chinese restaurants are dirty mostly and many of the people, who works in back sneeze , coughs etc and smoke cigarettes and paid low salary and many of them illegally arrived in the west to make money. Why I don't eat prepared chinese foods and chinese run restaurants, but there are high end restaurants and they are ok. The most clean foods are found in Japanese or western restaurants run by the people, who are ethnically from that ethnic cuisines. here many japanese restaurants run by the chinese or Koreans.
