Uttar Pradesh Food Tour: छोले भटूरे खाने के शौकीन लोगों के लिए यूं तो अलीगढ़ में कई ऑप्शन्स हैं लेकिन पिछले 7-8 दशकों से अलीगढ़ वालों की पहली पसंद बना हुए हैं दिल्ली वालों के छोले भटूरे जो रेलवे रोड़ पर हैं. एक दिन में यहां सैंकड़ों लोग आते हैं और कुछ ग्राहक तो ऐसे हैं जो अब कई पीढ़ियों से भी यहां आ रहे हैं. इस दुकान पर चौथी पीढ़ी चला रही है लेकिन इनके छोले भटूरों में जो खास बात है वो ये है कि इसका स्वाद आजकर बरकरार है. यानी जो ग्राहक पिछले 10, 15 सालों से या बचपन से भी आ रहे हैं वो यही कहते हैं कि आप अगर अलीगढ़ में हैं तो छोले भटूरे खाने के लिए सीधा रेलवे रोड़ पर चले जाइए.
Khichdi The Food Channel की टीम ने जब यहां visit किया तो यहां के छोले भटूरे भी taste किए छोले का स्वाद ऐसा है जैसे सिर्फ इसे उबालकर इसमें ऐसा मसाला डाला गया है जिसके स्वाद का जादू पूरा दिन जुबां पर बना रहेगा. भटूरे इसके मुलायम थे कि मुंह में जाते ही घुल रहे थे. तेल की बात करें तो ये बिल्कुल साफ था. इन्हें इस बारे में कोई जानकारी नहीं थी कि हम यहां Food Review के लिए आ रहे हैं तो पहली नज़र में दुकान की साफ सफाई ने और इनके व्यवहार ने हमारा दिल जीत लिया तो दूसरी नज़र में अलीगढ़ में दिल्ली वालों के छोले भटूरों ने हमें भी अपना दीवाना बना दिया
