Svami details uttara krthyam murai from perumal thirumozhi ooneru selvatthu. 2nd pasuram: - aanaadha selvaththu arambaiyargal tharchoozha.
Before going into the 2nd pasuram, svami continues to detail kaaranams for aaachaarya praapti. Attaining aachaarya prapatti has 6 kaaranams - 1) eeshwarasya souhaardham (He has decided to take him in nalvazhi. Question is why now, why not before? Think of a flood that hits a shore and while there may be several trees there, some are pulled out and others not. Flood here is like srshti done by Him. He pushes us in samsaara pravaaham and flood may push us through several days/pala piravi, and somewhere along, it gets to a shore, without its prayatnam - eeshwarasya souhaardham, initiating our journey towards Him) 2) yadruchaa suhrutham (He celebrates the good kaaryams that we do without intending it, as its without ahankaara/mamakaaram). 3) vishnor kataaksham (jaayamaana kataaksham at this birth, while previous 2 kaaranams have happened in poorva janmams) 4) advesham (sometimes we wonder how someone with bad previous history who has done saranaagathi has now become without dvesham to Him) 5) aabhimukhyam (eedu paadu which leads to resolve to hear upanyaasams) 6) saatvika sambhaashanam which leads to aachaarya praapti which leads to upaaya anushtaanam, which is fully aacharya krthyam. With bharanyaasam one starts to do kadamai of varnaashrama dharmam fully as bhagavath preethyartham. These vishayams are in pasurams of this thirumozhi. Bhaagavathaas only accept kainkaryams from sath paatram, and so the tanmai we should have is also described in these pasurams.
In the first pasuram, koneri vaazhum kurugaay pirappene - all this while, he was not a vaishnavan, now when he has kataaksham of bhaagavathaas as a kokku in svami pushkarani, and has saathvika tanmai and is patient to only seek the parama phalan, he becomes a vaishnavan (he enters His mind, and so is also highlighting eeshwarasya souhaardham).
