1.This is not UCC because there is exception for SCHEDULE TRIBES 2.definition of :Any person who is citizen of India and has been living in Uttarakhand for more then a year shall be citizen of uttarakhand. 3.There is no restrictions on no of times any one or both can be registered as LIVE IN RELATION. 4.For termination of LIVE In RELATION any one can file a statement for termination whereas for live in relation both have to give statement together. 5.Without having shared household if any one wants to be live in relation they xan get TEMPORARY REGISTRATION. 6.For self acquired property why that property has been included in the definition of ESTATE for succession. 7.Definition of shared household ACCOMADATION word is used and 8.For maintenance one will have to go for central law which prevails over state laws. this has a very wide meaning. 9.CM himself got registered under UCC because he was not himself registered under UK MARRIAGE ACT 2010. They are not that much exposed and have vulnerable and distinct culture. They must be given time to gradually adapt modern environment.
