Nostalgia... PES 4, 5 and 6 are by far my favourite PES games of the Franchise, especially from PS2 Era, I have so many memories during my childhood by playing those PES games, I really miss those days... Nostalgic Vibes all over me.. 🙆‍♂️☯️✌

this game was even more fun thanks to International Challenge, which is an amazing mode for a non-World Cup game; they should just have all five main continents to play on instead of only three. the game itself was more beginner-friendly, which shows by how much easier it is to score than 5, but it was still amazing. the only thing that dragged this game down for me is the fact that there's no German League anymore. it's something i bitch about to this day, to be very honest.

Nice, both FIFA and PES at that time used PSP-PS2 data transfer thing, so it was rly cool feature to use it, and that line showed up, becuz that's a glitch and that happens when PS2 games haven't dealt with mem cards that's more than 24 MB size and 3rd party ones.

Hi, RF. Man, that was a good game, played da hell out of International Challenge mode as my homeland Latvia, i remember that later in about a year, Japan got J-League Winning Eleven 2007 Club Championship on ps2 which was basically PES with both J-League Divisions, World tour mode and for the first time Become a Legend debuted on that game as Fantasista mode, i bet you didn't knew that one, RF.

Yeah, good times... Can't remember if it was 4, 5 or 6 but I do remember playing a German Team (probably Bayern) on 5 Star difficulty with Liverpool and only winning 1-0... mostly to see if it could be done. Though it wasn't easy at all. Had to play out of my skin almost. With PES5, I believe I got an Option File on a PS2 Card on eBay back in the day. XD Though data was removed because somehow the data on the card was formatted and lost. I think it's possible to transfer data to a PS2 Card from the PC but I don't know the process. I'm sure searching on Google will hold the answers if anyone needs to know.

Actually play 2? Also do you used a better TV or a classic style? I plan on getting a Ps2 and i seriously need to know the best things to use for such a old console.

You should be able to buy a converter cable for PS2. Like a HDMI converter or some equivalent.

I think you went with Premier League B, C and D because you maybe put teams in certain leagues for a Master League... Like A would be - Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea... Lyon, Marseille... Ajax, PSG... Barca, Real Madrid, Valencia, Villareal... Inter, Juve, Milan, Roma... B - Tottenham, Everton, Newcastle, Man City etc... C - Bolton, Sunderland, West Ham, West Brom etc... D - Sheffield United, Portsmouth, Middlesbrough, Watford etc... Then some decent teams from all over for the Division 2: Barclays Premier League. Just a guess tbh. XD
