I had the Assault leather and did not like it, the feel with and without gloves was not good. I switched to the PRP suede and it is a way better. Comfortable with and without gloves.

I have that same PRP steering wheel, I love it, only downside is when driving without gloves it makes your hands black almost like if the color was coming off. I blame it on washing the car with the steering wheel on and getting it wet.

Probably sounds kinda strange, but I used to wear a pair of my son's football receivers gloves when I drove my X3. I figured steering wheel cover and a football were both leather so what the hell... you could revive the stickiness with a quick wash in dishwashing soap. They worked pretty good. Now I'm gonna have to try a quick release suede steering wheel. Thanks for the video.

Have never heard of the dish washing soap trick.. good idea.. ive tried like 6 pairs of different gloves i have with the same results. But i definitely remember the rubber texture from football gloves🤙

I run a assault ballistic D suede with the switch pros steering mount. One thing I don’t like is that company’s don’t offer different color stitching

They were just some random momentary buttons. I tried but can't seem to find them. Just type in momentary push button switch on amazon.. i think they are 16mm

The coil would be something similar to this.. the connector i can no longer find... Big warning tho.. this switch, coil cable , and connector require alot of sodering. Which can be a huge hassle. I’m using the NRG Innovations RST-012R-BL Leather blue stitch. I like it. It fits well in my hands and it’s grippy. It also looks sick on my machine. I’ve got the Simpson blue seats and HCR duner arms in illusion blue. My 2022 power shox x3 just came in last week so if finally been able to put all the parts on and go from a rip. It sat for 5 weeks because they shipped it out without the dash :/
