Can you burn the pellets in the multi Pro without the pellet burner? I don't seem to be able to find a convertor for it, I have only the wood tray,

Not impressed with pellets, would not recommend. Youre trying to maintain an 800 degree oven with an amount of fuel that fits in your hand. By the time the pellets get cherry and get the oven hot, there done, and you need to add more. Then you have to wait for those pellets to ignite, which creates a ton of smoke. If you open the door the airflow changes, your fire goes out, and it creates a ton of smoke. All the while your oven temp is dropping like an 80 year olds breasts with no bra on, and your smoking your pizza, not cooking it. And you'll quickly notice that you smoked yourself, the pellet smoke stinks bad and permeates everything. Propane attachment, as ridiculously overpriced as it is, is in my opinion the only way to use this oven. Still not as consistent results as I would like, but I do get a nice pie occasionally. If its windy you're gonna have a bad time. Very easy to burn yourself, clutzes beware! 3 out of 5 stars on the ooni, extreme patience required, very temperamental piece
