So it depends, but much easier than PC. But I saw in Ghillie's vids that there is Orb Spam glitches too, so GTA on console can be as much of a pain in the ass as PC...

It's more of an advantage and tool that helps you instead of something you need to use to enjoy the game. You can enjoy the game without a menu too, and play in invite only with friends. I see a mod menu as a way to keep everyone on 1 spectrum, so no one can crash each other or grief each other

An RCE allows a third actor to run code, and programs on your computer without your consent (that's where REMOTE comes from), and due to GTA running on an ancient dinosaur net framework, they cannot easily fix this. So until it does (if it does), do not play GTA online on PC.
