There’s software called VHS-Decode where it aims to decode “tbc” files (RAW Tape Signals) into usable video files. By reading on the wiki about it, it involves tapping into the VCR’s video RF point (and audio for Hi-Fi capture if there’s a test point for it) and plugging the components into either a CX card or the Domesday Duplicator (which isn’t cheap by any means). I’m not too tech savvy about how this all works so people far more knowledgeable than me either on the wiki or on discord may help you out on how to set it all up. It’s very technical upon reading the wiki.

@@jordanmillraney5481 it’s capturing the RF signal straight from the tape and then software demodulates it and rebuilds the picture

Holy everythings! It look like these noises and pictures in this tape, showed how why things you had to do were plugged and unplugged. And Janet Jackson's song "When I Think Of You", is from NBCUniversal Music Entertainment. Everything is now digital these days.

sounds like the audio is coming in a bit hot, and the head switch noise is unusually high, which might be down to the head alignment

@@LucasLuchi No, there is no such thing like a "digital glitch" in a VCR. The reason why it looks like that is because the digitalization player was probably attached to a Time Base Corrector which stabilizes the video.
