The last one is so true. It’s so hard to get updates from stakeholders. We rarely got involved in project meetings. Often times we don’t know how our research outcome are being used or implemented.

Hi Aona, thanks so much for this wonderful series! You have a really fun way to talk about UX. Often I get frustrated that stakeholders are not willing to communicate on time, especially as per the project plan. So it is rather difficult to get their opinion at the right phase of the project.

"Researchers aren't magicians" - can I get that on a t-shirt? 😂 I wonder if the idea that we can deliver results in 2 days or 2 weeks is because designers and other stakeholders ARE expected to work on those timeframes, so they think we do to? I've no idea if that's even true but it's a testable hypothesis 😁

The 4th one is too real! It’s so frustrating once I’m being cut off once implementation begins 😢
