Good Explanations...UI & UX design definition is purposely made complicated to make bigger sense everywhere ... As in IT companies they use these terms to earn more revenue from clients... But this is a very simplified process of designing, which every designer go through it , either knowingly of unknowingly.... Designing is joy & fun & its an experimentation with colour ,, shapes & text. So never pressure your head. And for junior guys, never get afraid of seniors forcing there pattern of design,,,, as its common bcaz its a vulnerable subject. (Like your girlfriend likes you, where as your boss hates you, in both case, you are the same person....)....So if somebody say your design is bad, other may like it....Follow your instinct, and follow internet & channel like this,,, do lots of home work in Photoshop, & illustrator. Thats it.... BTW- I am an IT senior professional, working for last 8 years in the market.... Thanks...
