Sarang met her now-husband when he went to Uzbekistan on business. After 3 years of a long distance relationship, they got married in 2010. Her father actually disapproved of the marriage even until the day of their wedding, but she moved to Korea anyway. Is it everything she'd expected it would be?

She's working 10x harder than most people for such little pay. Watching her eat alone in the park broke my heart. If my wife was busy like this I would call her on her lunch break just to talk and see how her day is going.

@Shinigami by deadbeat I'm referring to men who drink, gamble their money away, and barely provide for their family. In Sarang's case, she clearly is held back by her husband who can't afford to support his family, yet still chose to marry a foreigner and have 2 children. That's not sensible unless he's well-off, so the family is struggling unnecessarily. The mom looks pretty burnt out and miserable and literally works 3 jobs just to create a savings account for her kids. And as someone who grew up in a similar situation, it breaks my heart to see my mom in her.

@michelle1177

@@ihmsfm1040 I think it’s not necessarily that women are discouraged to settle with a good ‘provider’, but more women are beginning to desire independence in a relationship, and to them that looks like one where they work and ‘provide’ equal amounts. Neither parties should be feeling exhausted or taking double responsibility, in my opinion. As long as both people are happy in a relationship, whether the man ‘provides’ or the duty is divided equally, that’s all that matters!

Hello "" ("Hello", I apologise in I have no other word in relation towards English. Me (a man) saying hello towards a sister/woman is a big unkind). **I say this as a man (born)*; Men must be trained and be a high quality. Many Men are sick. Many Men are hypocrites. Most men are sick. I have seen social of Europe Asia. Men do not need to seek Women. Women do not need to seek Men. He is terrible. Men I also said on a female video regarding Women. kzbin.info/www/bejne/moTVk4hnnbWqg6eIhat Any issues regarding yourself as a Woman cannot be solved with a Man. "No. Do not be influenced by Men. Men should not fetize Women! You do not need to seek Men. Woman is a Woman. Husband should fill Rule go Wife! Your size is you Woman! It is not another Woman! Husband love you." Women should not be influenced by men. Husbands should fuilill the right But I have guidelines for if I marry. A female best friend [to me. A Man] is someone who is: 1 - Supportive. Understands and 2 - Knowledgeable. Knows what is what, at times of peril and can relate to what you are going through. May this be medical, well-being, and education wise. 3 - Respectful. Understands what you are. What you do. What you strive for. And helping you where need be. What is true to me as a man about a woman is: Power - honesty to move through and be un-selfish at times of need. Kindness - Attention to everyone, even if it hurts her. Authority - To move through uneven times and events through a balanced and fair manner without being contradictory towards herself. Language - Being self sufficient and acknowledging languages across the world. In order to be a great woman and at times a hero that does that back down. All in all. I (male) wish to meet my best friend through education, groups and by not taking to them. If I am true as a person. I should be respectful and never expect anything and help and be fierce character but cool and listen too. Many people who call their partner/current love relationship best friend seem to be offended and take the meaning out of it. If my Beloved is not my best friend why would I marry her? @EmpressKajal I see your point and I agree that the burden is unfairly placed on the mother. That’s why I said there isn’t any issue as long as both parties are happy, whether the financial duty is divided equally or not. Clearly, the people in this relationship are not happy so something has to change. At the end of the day, some people don’t want kids. Some husbands prefer to stay at home and look after the kids while the mother works. Some people like to split it down the middle. Every relationship is different! What works for some may not work for others, imo.

If she already has her citizenship/residency, she should leave her husband. She can live independently and happier, with one less mouth to feed. And no one will be nagging on her anymore. And it will be healthier for the little girls as well. She can probably meet a better man, because she is clearly too good for him. She is strong and beautiful. She can live by herself without any man
@Cxs1a3

@@Cxs1a3 she is clearly not a gold digger. Her husband has been abusing her and using her for years. She is the one who earns money for the household, taking care of the kids, and taking care of the house as well. Her husband doesnt contribute much to the marriage. That's why I said she should just leave him.
@YU_meineLiebe
@YU_meineLiebe 2 жыл бұрын
@Shinigami I didn't say that she should use him for the citizenship and ditch him afterward. What I was trying to say is that she should leave him and try to live independently, and it will be better if she already has the citizenship, because then she could at least obtain some benefits for her children. Also, if she is already a citizen, she will be well protected by the law.

Life is hard... u have to lean on each other especially when u leave the comfort of your surroundings. And live In a foreign country . As a Canadian Korean . I could just imagine what my parents and grandparents went thru . By coming here to Canada, not knowing the language/culture. I take this 4 granted. Bcuz I was born into this country/ culture. Don’t get me wrong. I still get mocked by non Korean/ asian people . Bcuz of the food In my lunch box .’Or the way I was dressed on special occasions. I was embarrassed when I was a child. As an adult. I embrace my culture and cultures of others . As I become more educated of all the cultures around me . The key 🔑 is we r all alike & yet in so many ways we r not . That is the valuable lesson learnt here . As for this couple . The husband should be more supportive as she feels helpless not able to provide to her true capacity due to the fact she is an non Korean not bcuz of her level of education/skills set .

You should tell the people who mock you to go f*ck themselves and mind their own business. Sorry to be so blunt, it just boils my blood when ignorant and stupid folks tell others what to do, when they themselves are a mess more often than not (because smart people simply are busy with their own lives). Please stand up for yourself more.
