PROCESS
This dough and filling for 30-40 egg dumplings.
Take a hard dough and leave it for half an hour.
Beat the egg until smooth. Add milk, vegetable oil and salt to taste. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Roll out the dough with a thickness of 1-1.5 mm. we sculpt the bags as in the video Pour 2 tbsp of filling into the filling and blind both sides.
Boil water and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook egg dumplings for 2-3 minutes. We take boiled egg dumplings into a plate and pour vegetable oil on top.
