Let's face it, except for probably China, if T1 are in finals, you're ALWAYS casting amongst a sea of LCK/T1 fans. It's weird in a way (or not so weird when I actually think about it), but for most fans, the moment their favourite team/region has lost, they go towards being a T1 fan, so if T1 are in finals, there will always be more T1 supporters. Can't blame them though. People like the idea of a hero, heroes are inspiring for the average person, and which team/player can make a better hero than T1/Faker, especially with their fifth Worlds win this year?

LPL literally had 4 superteams for Worlds, JDG being the most superteam you can possibly get in League esports history, and T1 obliterated them all like it was nothing. This year couldn't have been more LPL sided, and they still failed. It's over for LPL.

@@matthewchi5292 I mean, I'd argue this T1 roster is the biggest super team ever, but it doesn't really matter, it's all about who masters/defines the meta. The LPL dominating the entire year and everybody except specifically for this T1 roster towards the end of Worlds only emphasizes how strong the region is. Don't forget what happened to T1 at MSI. No way of knowing how next year will play out, but if you don't accept that the LPL sees eye to eye with the LCK you're just gaslighting yourself. Dunno why, maybe you weren't around prior to 2018, but international tournaments are definitely a lot more exciting now that more than just the 2 best LCK teams can win.

@@liquidorion9250 How is this T1 the biggest super team? JDG is way more of a super team even KT and HLE looked more of a superteam. Faker and maybe Keria are arguably only established superstars in the team. Maybe not even Keria as he never won anything prior to Spring 22. Guma and Oner were subs of Teddy and Cuzz for half of 2021 and Zeus just got called up last year. Zeus Guma and Oner "started" at 2022. Maybe with this Worlds win they are for 2024 maybe? but for 22-23 they went from a team full of rookies into a team full of chokers until this Worlds. T1 was not a superteam.

@@SaraGon15 I agree that if we only look purely from the champion perspective, kennen has higher win rate against Aatrox. However, you have to take other factors into consideration as well. During pick and ban phase, Zeus had the counterpick opportunity and he opted into Aatrox against Kennen, meaning that from Zeus's perspective Aatrox is good against Kennen. Theshy never had the chance to pick a top lane matchup that he's comfortable with.

It's mostly because of the draft tbh. T1 was ready for their drafts and they were red side as well which enabled them to counter pick which also led to TheShy getting stomped in lane. I watched their t1 documentary in finals and damn they were just prepared.
