Thomson multiwood regular ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ മേടിച്ചു. പലരും എന്നെ പേടിപ്പിച്ചു screw പിടിക്കില്ല എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞു. പക്ഷെ ആശാരിമാർ 6, 7 വർഷമായി ഇതു വെച്ച് ചെയ്യുന്നു. അവർക്കു full confidence എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ ok പറഞ്ഞു . ഇപ്പോൾ ആശാരിമാർ പണിതുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അവർ screw വച്ച് പലരീതിയിൽ check ചെയ്തു. ഒരു പീസിൽ Screw ചെയ്ത് അതിൽ 12 kg തൂക്കിയിട്ടു വട്ടം കറക്കി നോക്കി, അതിനുശേഷം തൂകി പിടിച്ചു, വീണ്ടും വട്ടം കറക്കി, അതിനുശേഷം screw പല പ്രാവശ്യം ഊരി refit ചെയ്തു. വീണ്ടു കറക്കുന്ന പ്രോസസ്സ് ചെയ്തു. Screw വളഞ്ഞു പോയി. മുൾട്ടിവുഡിന് No problem. പത്തിരുപതു പ്രാവശ്യം screw ഊരി refit ചെയ്തു no issues. V. Good material. No screw holding issues.

1. Natural shading മരത്തിൻ്റെ തണൽ വരുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ മരം നടാം, 2. Use hollow clay bocks or AAC blocks or GFRG panels to reduce heat. 3. Use filler slab technique if you are making RCC slab. 4. Good ventilation. 5. Light or white colored exterior wall paints. 6. Increase the height of the ceiling by one or two feet. 7. Verandah is a nice idea but cost will be too high. With all these ideas in place I'm sure your house will be naturally cool.

Screw holding capacity of Thomson Multiwood is very high which comes 0.7 Density. Wpc and Thomson Multiwood material is both different and we have both Thomson Multiwood and Thomson Wpc, please contact number in description. Thomson multiwood can be used instead of any marine ply since Multiwood have more advantage than marine ply.
