Mam you say that whene strength os increase so flexibility can be reduce.. So however a good javelin thrower maintain flexibility when increase strength....

Hello tushar... Strength is also of two types - Relative and absolute strength... So in javelin throw there is relative strength which relates with body weight... Please check for more details.
