Sir ji mact death case mai insurance company ne registery mai claim award deposited Kraya ha ..but unhone 2 lakh ka tds deduct krke deposit kraya ha.hamra 27 lakh bnta ha unhone 25 kraya ha ..ab tds vapis kaise claim kre hmari toh other income hi nhi ha ?

Khata NPA hone ke baad bank SARFAESI proceedings jaroor karega. Bank ko kuch payment karke khaate ko regularise karva sakte ho. Bank se baat karo

Sir high court mai appeal file ki ha insurance company ne 3 month phle .. district court ne award pass Kiya tha death ka.jiski death Hui thi bo bachelor girl h 24 year's ki aur Father already expired the jb death Hui girl ki. Ab uske upr 2 dependant the 1 mother aur e 1 minor brother toh personal deduction district court ne 1/3 cut liya h total income se toh insurance company appeal file kr rhi ha ki 50 percent deduction hona tha toh ab hum defend kre isko ja award km krle

Defend the appeal against you in high court for only 1/3 deduction towards personal expenses and not 50 percent since the deceased was having two dependents on her. If you will not defend, the High Court may allow and decide appeal of the insurance company ex-parte against you, which would lower down the amount of compensation awarded to you by the MACT.
