Few instant doubts: 1. Security strength - how can this be vouched? 2. The current first floor steps is from inside. Can a first floor be building as independent with steps already in place like planning to rent off first floor or grojnd floor? 3. Can mofifications be done on such construction later like switch board additional, extension, repairs etc? 4. If any plumbing leakges occurs from inside, will that damage the walls / boards etc? 5. What is the average life of such construction? 6. Will this be durable (first floor) in a small land area such as 4.25 cents with coconut trees (i dont want to cut off trees). Is there any solutions to this? 7. Need to have site visit. Can u arrange couple ofnsuch sites already completed? 8. What is the advantages and disadvantages between this and prefab technology /LGSF?

എൻെ പരിചയത്തിലുളള ഒരാൾ ഇവരെ ക്കൊണ്ടാണ് interior ലെ cupboard,wardrobe തുടങ്ങിയവ പണിതത്.. ഒരുവർഷം free service ഒക്കെ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടാണ് work കഴിഞ്ഞു പോയത്..കുറച്ചു നാൾ കഴിഞ്ഞു maintenance ന് വേണ്ടി ഇവരെ contact ചെയ്തതാണ്..ഇതുവരെ അങോട്ടേക്ക് തിരിഞ്ഞു നോക്കിയിട്ടില്ല..

Very poor service from the team. Personally experienced. Started their work but stilll not completed.. We are from Guruvayoor.ചെയ്ത work not at all perfect. not at all good.ഇവരുടെ work very poor. വിളിച്ചാൽ പോലും കിട്ടാത്ത അവസ്ഥയായി.പറഞ്ഞ കാലാവധിക്കു മുന്പായി payment full നൽകിയിട്ടും പണിതീരാത്ത വീടായി കിടക്കുകയാണ്. ആർക്കു വേണമെങ്കിലും വന്നു check ചെയാം.. വളരെ വിഷമത്തോടെ ആണെങ്കിലും മറ്റൊരാൾക്ക് ഈ ചതി പറ്റാതിരിക്കാനാണ് ഇതു post ചെയുന്നത്.
