Peace Council is not a national or statutory organisation. At best it is a self styled NGO of foreign origin. At best they are a mediation centre with not constitutional backing. It may be another controlling arm of the west. So far their record in Ghana is abysmal and biased. The group should be disbanded. They shoupd stop interfering in local affairs. The parties should not sign. It will just tie down NDC and NPP would manipulate it.
