As much as the song, I love the story of it. V.I.C. is sitting in an unknown room, maybe a bit depressed, and the TV comes on with The Wobble video. The singer has a mask on and V.I.C. notices the same mask is hanging on the wall in the room. He puts it up to his face, like the guy in the video, and is instantly transported into the video as the lead singer, with a totally new happy and outgoing personality. When the video ends, he's transported back to the room, shakes his head, and is confused about what exactly just happened to him, as he's back to reality. This rather odd plot line adds a lot to the song for me. He's not sure if it really did happen to him. Neither are we.
