Outside of Ted Williams, I don’t know if there was ever a better student of hitting than Victor. He once went the equivalent of an entire season without taking a called third strike and during his prime, he hit around .300 with two strikes.

The two slowest runners in the history of people who are supposed to try to be fast. They could swing the stick but slow is no bueno in the game of baseball. If the best player on your team is in peak physical condition, your team has a pretty good chance at having success.
