Could you please tell me which approach is better? bump up the min shading rate with low subdivs or leave min shading rate default and increase max subdivs?

Muito bom. Queria entender qual era a diferença entre os 2, e não achava nenhuma aula bem explicada como essa. Tutorial maravilhoso.

In most interior scenes, when noise threshold is set to 0,005 and I leave min and max subdivs at 1 and 24 (or even 30), the noise is still visible on walls, ceiling and so on, its not so clean I would like. Is there anything I can do?
@Elooder7 жыл бұрын
Increase minimum subdivs to 2 or more and use a lower noise threshold. Also check for any self-illuminated materials in the scene (not vraylight materials) and see if the noise persists after you switch their self-illumination off.

Guys, Can someone help me fix this? When I render an animation with a skin or some soft of deform modifier with rt gpu, the frame sequence gets completely mixed up with the file names and it's impossible to fix

Write to the support@chaosgroup.com about this issue. They will definitely sort it out for you.

More about Min Shading rate and Divide Shading subdivs, please!
@3DSgeek7 жыл бұрын
the only thing you need to adjust is the noise threshold. (divide shading subdivs will be removed eventually)

You know. The best way to sell your software is to educate your customers. So if you would finally make a tutorial series thats good and covers all kinds of tips and tricks and paremeters i suppose less people would go redshift, since vray tutorials are fucking expensive and redshift is free.

Акцент какой-то русский. Я по моему это уже говорил, но все же.

угу, я тоже заметил. именно русский, не китайский, не немецкий, а нашенский, родной.
