My question please : I check * auto balance and auto exposure but didn’t transfers to the camera , it’s correct ? Or means I render that twice ?

Once you're good with the result. stop the rendering and press transfer. you can also check before and after this to make sure it's transferred, then you can turn that off and move on with your camera.
