Great vid! Used this build myself to kill her, but at a different spot. There is a farm very close to the waygate in the NE of Dunley, that has standing walls of hay. These are fantastic to kite her around and block her shots a lot of the time, so give you some leeway if you mess up and raise shields early. They also make her somewhat predictable as she'll path around them looking for you.
