[V Rising] Normal Adam the Firstborn 1.0 Fight

Still getting used to crossbows.
I struggled against him a lot before I got some good items but they really do help.

I loved using those 2 x ranged spells, in early game. My favourite at the minute is Void and DK, though. is that the Legendary crossbow, that's freezing him? Need to get that. I have the Reaper, Axe and Longsword. They're all great. The ranged on the Axe looks awesome though, as throws out 4 projectiles. I still like the range on the Scythes E skill, the best.

You can see the crossbow at 3:43, it's the siren's wail that applies weaken. Perhaps they have changed it to freezing cause I don't remember a freezing crossbow. Edit: Wait, I misread your question. The freezing comes from Amulet of the Arch-Warlock (3:47) and Veil of Frost (3:53).

Im envious of the 100% scholar blood. Highest I have found is 85% It took 3 players to take down Adam.

I actually had to look for it for a few days and when I found one there was also another in the same area. I just scouted Dunley Monastery and Mosswick Village. I think they respawn every like 15 minutes or so and if you have enough gear you can even go there without holy resistance potion cause it's only 5 damage per second.

@@elec2137 I have been going to both those places as well as Brighthaven Cathedral and docks. I managed to get 100% warrior with the gruel, but the only 100% percent I've seen has been a dog and a mutant moose.

Well nice xbow with spell rolls on it. Made it a lot easier i guess. I will try that but with purple random xbow. It takes too long to get legendary xbow with spell power stats to farm. This boss is all about nuke fast or its GG. Tried with legendary gun and different skills nope. Have to be max range and its harder to nuke those coils if i have to be menium range. Spent like 2 days trying to kill that boss. Also i dont have 100% scholar blood that also rare to find.

Legendary weapons have a unique name and always have the same stats and abilities. The legendary reaper (Mortira's Lament) also has nice spell bonuses in case you end up getting it. vrising.fandom.com/wiki/Legendary_Ancestral_Weapon_Shards It's possible to dodge more attacks than I managed to, but it definitely is a harder boss than Solarus and Dracula.

I'm guessing you don't actually have a legendary weapon but just an upgraded rare/epic ancestral shard. Mine are the special unique named weapons. vrising.fandom.com/wiki/Legendary_Ancestral_Weapon_Shards

I probably could have done a better job but I was just really mad cause he kicked my ass dozen of times when I still had worse gear. Felt really good to be able to spam skills at him, besides I'd need rogue blood to make dodging worthwhile.

@@elec2137 I see, he killed me too many times. I realized I had no lifesteal and was very relieved when I changed my spells and beat. I'm very angry too, but since I'm used to fighting without lifesteal, I dodge it even if I don't want to.

I finish the game in Brutal, then I went to chill on regular. Well, I got to Adam and this motherfkr kept fighting me like in Brutal for some reason! even at the end, he ulted me 3 times before I killed hem, I know Unholy is not the best to fight hem but GTFO Stunlock studios! I hate how fuking random this game is, how the boss can be on the last hit then all of a sudden it pulls an almost imposible combo on you and take all of your hp, like I said, act just like if fuking brutal for some reason.
