Hello. Ängelholm county (kommun) does a BAD job when it comes to signs to the monument from the city center. No folders in Turist information at hand , you have to ask for it (Maybe you will get something) . Strange becouse you dont have many such monuments in Europe or the World (Nearest such one is in Poland). ("Dont they want people/turist to know about that place?" ;) ) Good Luck everyone.
