They talk about the 30 past years, what it´s like to be in Värttinä and how Värttinä differs from other folk-music groups. And if Mari believed when Värttinä was started, that it would see it´s 30th anniversary, to which she says that ; "honestly, no". Also they were asked what it is like to sing with their particular style, and how it has affected them that the band has seen so many changes like band members coming and going all the time. ==> they have learned the ´Värttinä thing´so well, that it gave them the confidence to start composing their own things. And how Karoliina was a spot on choice, and cos they already knew about her she was a self evident choice too. Thats the long and short, overall stuff of it !.

==> about being in the band and new to the band. Susanna (the blond on the right[which u pro´bly already knew] ) talks a little about how difficult it it to sing in that way, that specific sound doesn´t work if there is anything in the slightest wrong with your throat or voice. ( Like in this interview she has the cold). Mari also says that in the beginning they tried to stay true to the original folk song / text -material (and poems) as loyally as possible, but in time ==>

==> their style has changed from the early days when it was still absolutely traditional, to include elements from here and there. "When we travel around the world, we pick up new styles, new spices.." and so on. And no matter who composes the songs or writes the text, when it´s mixed "in the Värttinä pot / pan" it always comes to sound like Värttinä, always. And they talk about how Värttinä has started (here at least, in Suomi Finland) the Noveau Folk Music..revival. The new girl is asked==>
