Bhai ji bhot awesome workut kal vedio dekhi but full nahi ari thi bus apki voice arri thi or halki fulki background ari thi upload krne 45 min me hi dekh li thi socha aaj try krunga bt time ni mila gym me jake ek br or try kra dekhi to full ari thi but handfree nhi thi 😁😁😁to vedio Vedio dekh ke kal ke pattern ko follow krte hue sabke 4 set weight drop krke reps range 15 se 18 tak but abs 😂😂😂 me fat gaye pure ni lage abs ki first exercise ke 20 rep hi lag paye 2 exercise ke 10 me lag gayi apni to 😂😂😂😂 kya kre apke jesa hi size h apna bhi but third wali ke fir se 20 touch kr diye ghar ake ab Vedio dekhi voice ke sath to mene jo gym me kari apko dekh ke voice me wo mach ho gayi ❤️❤️❤️ thanks for the sharing with us dekhne bhot simple sa workout h kal likha tha mene but chest me aaj bhi aag lagi hui h bhot hard bhai ese hi sikhate raho hum bhi 70 percent me khush ho jayenge first time exactly 3 month pure diet per rehne ki koshish krunga 70 percent hi mil jaye usme hi apse milne ayenge or fir ek Vedio clip me hame bhi le lena for example dekho you tube se kesi transformation krate h hum ❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁🙏🙏🙏🙏 Baki bhai bhot badiya workout btate ho or samjhate ho jisko gym ka G bhi ni pata wo bhi follow krle 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️ se bhot sara pyar mere bhai ko ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Har Har Mahadev 🙏
