First of all I wanna say I've been watching your BTS reactions since beginning and I must say you're one of those reactors who gets what's been portrayed most of the time. And yes you're right it's kinda simulation thing. It's a continuation from his mv Rainy days which shows that there is a scientist who is been in his introspection retrospection journey lately and he looks at his life a certain way which is not real. So he creates his own little world where he does whatever he wants with his friends ( or members probably because there are 7 people including him). Since his whole world is imagination therefore the Polaroid image has him only and not the ones we see in the mv. Also you could notice that he instilled image of his dog in the mountains that he created the miniature stuff, the clouds, the lake, snails butterflies and such things. Therefore when he wakes up he is just as usual alone with his dog showing him pictures and stuff that he created outside his apartment at the end of mv. You could notice similar things in rainy day mv like alien, face sculpture etc. His mv is very creative must say but yeah you almost get it.

@AnthonyRay, thank you for appreciating Mr V Tae-Hyung Kim's songs. The more I listen the more I want to listen. All the song have slowly but firmly invading me and this voice of his. I know they will become classics, don't worry about the videos. YES, there is a lot of things with Tae V, he shows a lot of secrets in the images for the fans to read. Also he uses plenty of Korean sign language. Somehow some things may look simple but they are not they have secret meanings. You have actually already sensed a lot. Then there is the song "BLUE". We are awaiting for the video, but the song, that song is such a new way of presenting music. It went straight under my skin, passed the heart and embedded itself directly in my soul. He Tae V is so intelligent and so honest to his art. I am not sure, but I feel he is craving for artistic freedom. Hopefully you will come back and I would love to hear your opinion. Thank you. Others agree with you that this is his artistic manifestation of his imagination. It makes sense too after seeing the Rainy Days MV. They show him as the same artist in the studio longing for contact with others. I love the vibe from this whole album! Oh the snaking highway is in Portugal. And watch it again where you see the hills around the road and he had them add bushes or trees in shapes to look like his dog!

Tae shows us he is indeed NOT a carbon copy of other artists! He creates a space he is happy in. And goes to visit that happy space when he needs people around him. But he also shows he is a loner. I also agree with you, he creates a life simulation coming from his creativity, where he is in the land of love (or full of love and acceptance) with friends and the diversity of his friends. He created his own universe & added friends he wants to hang out with so he won't be alone. If you look at the polaroid picture, it only has V in the pictures. This man is so unique & does things his own way, which is one of the reasons he stands out. He does songs he loves, not mainstream music, but neverthless, people who really love good music will appreciate his style. His voice is silky smooth, soulful, & sexy & his visuals are like no other, no wonder he gets voted as one of the most handsome men in the world. My mom calls Kim Taehyung aka BTS V or TaeTae the Barry White of South Korea after showing her his Singularity MV and Brilliant Live Stage Mix. TaeTae's deep, sultry and sexy voice is so perfect for R&B, Neo Soul and Jazz which he loves. TaeTae's vocal range is so wide. In Jump you heard his deep growl, in Singularity you heard his low register and in Stigma TaeTae hits those perfect high notes. TaeTae LAYOVER Album is definitely a no skip album. You have great insight. I haven't listened to any explanations. But, it does seem to be an album about a relationship that ended. And him being lonely and wanting it back. This could be creating this whole world to distract himself? At least it seems like he's always alone, kind of an alien, not fitting in, and always working on some creative things...
