Great music throughout most of the series. Like everything else it broke down at the end of it all. I especially like the opening to the Final Battle. Not just the theme song, but the way it was adjust for that slow motion dream Donovan was having.

Joe Harnell did a great job on this one. I don´t understand why he stopped scoring The final battle. Although Dennis Mccarthy and Barry DeVorzon did a nice job too, it would have been more suitable for having these themes. I love them.

Completely agree, Joe Harnell’s music was fantastic. It brought such a dramatic feel to the series, just like it did with the Incredible Hulk. As has often been said before, once he and Kenneth Johnson left this series lost its edge. I think even the quality of the acting suffered as a result of Johnson’s departure.

Always appreciated the V soundtrack. This tune has a background militaristic drumbeat to set the scene, followed by a quicker combination of rebellious hope mixed in with the fascist menace of the aliens. Wonderful piece overall.
