I think we’ve all been conditioned to think that any child with a hobby like this is losing their childhood. Probably because of family bloggers, child actors, and whatever happened on Dance Moms. While those situations are still very valid and aren’t being prevented nearly enough, I don’t think the majority of situations are like this when it comes to these types of hobbies. But at the same time part of me worries for these girls because of all the toxicity, body shaming, etc I’ve heard goes on in the modeling industry.
