Politicians can be voted out.. They have to face the public.. It's upto public to elect tainted politician or not.... But bureaucrats don't have to face public.. When any corruption scandal happen then minister has to face media and public...though they don't suffer severe punishment and end up winning elections but it's more of our fault ...
