Namste Sir Mai bahut bimar Or kamjor hu 6 din se aanaj nahi kha pa rha hu. Sabse pahle mere bhai ko bukhar hua fir khasi hua. Uske baad dadi ko bukhar hua khaasi jayda hai. Dadi ke baad mujhe bhi hua. Sir ham log paracitamol lete hai to bukhar utar jata hai fir aa jata hai. Bukhar to tej nahi rahta lekin khasi tej ho rhi hai or bukh to bilkul nahi lagta sir. Ye kaun sa bukhar hai sir plz btayeye koi dawa bhi.
