नमस्ते सर ।सर बल्क कैपेसिटर पर dc voltage fluctuates हो रहा है तो पहले उसी को क्यों नहीँ चेक किए कैसे पता चला कि फाल्ट आगे है ।हम नहीं समझ पाये ।हम पहले बल्क कैपेसिटर को ही बदलते । आप बहुत ही अच्छा explanations करते है ।thanks.

Sir ji aap anmol gyan detay hay. Aap say yak anurodh hay ki eyak scuty charger hay jishka output voltage 70v aur 3.5 a hay ushko may 35v ka banana hay kya karay. Smps transformers ka binding primary coil 4 wire 18 turns ka pahlay hay fir 70v kay liya 5wire 22 turns ushkay bad axillary coil ka 2wire 5 turns hay. Uskay bad primary coil ka 4wire 18 turns lapet ker second end hay. Last may 2 wire 4 turns hay jo ki fan ka voltage kay liya hay. Please batay ki kaisay 35v ka banay. Transformers ka wire 28gauge ka hay. Feedback ka resistance tl431 to change karlangay abhi negative line say 2.6 k ka aur positive say 2 no 20k +19k ka resistance laga hay mosfet k10N80 & driver ic UC3842AN hay. Please batay aap ka bahut upkar hoga.
