Hello sir.. i would like to thank you for making such an amazing playlist and making it available for free here i also appreciate your hardwork of making such an excellent explain of each part. Actually I have a doubt regarding the 4th stage of passing an ordinary bill (ie. Bill in the 2nd house) it says that if -the second house don't take any action on bill /or/ the ammendment suggested by it doesn't accept by 1st house /or/ it's simply rejected by the 2nd house IN THAT CASE the President can summon a Joint sitting in which all the members present and voting votes in the favour of bill it's deemed to be passed. I HAVE A CONFUSION HERE that the LOK SABHA HAS MORE MEMBERS (543) THAN RAJYASABHA (245) In a joint sitting there would be more members from lok sabha (if the bill is rejected/ pending in rajyasabha) the bill would again be passed by the lok sabha members in the joint sitting bcs they're in majority and would be voting in favour. In that case rajyasabha would not get equal representation in that procedure. And exact opposite of this situation can happen too like if lok sabha doesn't agree to a bill it will never pass even in the joint sitting IS IT OKAY I MEAN DOESN'T IT PUT ANY AFFECT IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL MACHINERY OR IS IT SO V'COZ - RAJYA sabha got lesser powers than lok sabha (i.e. in that context it's considered to be just) Or something else Please look forward to this comment I'd be grateful if u answer my query🙏🙏

Lok sabha are directly elected representatives of peoples and signifies the union as whole while in rajya sabha representatives from different states and union territories are elected indirectly and in their functioning a regional attitude can come . So that,s why lok sabha got the edge here
