This video has changed my life. I am a person that has a lot of trouble focusing on something for a long period of time, my mind starts to wander, I get uneasy quickly, I cannot sit down for more than 30 minutes and work without getting distracted somehow. This video has changed everything for me, every single time I put my headphones on and play this I get the most exquisite beautiful focus I've ever experienced, I feel like more people should know about the power of binaural beats. No drugs, no pills, just good frequencies and it's unlimited. Thank you so much. You deserve every dollar you get from your audios. God bless. Happy focus everyone!

I've been using this specific video since you posted it about 3 years ago. I use it when I'm getting into deep-focus, and I tend to get into the flow state alot when I use this. I don't always make it the full 90 min.- I'll pause and take breaks, then when I come back to it, I'll start the video over to allow for the "easing" into the lower frequencies. When I do make it through a full 90 min cycle, it's like the time just flew by and I can recognize the subtle frequency at the end that sort of takes me out of my trance. At that point, I'll either take my headphones off and it feels like I'm coming back to the real world, or I'll just have the video on loop and keep going. For context, I'm a premed student prepping for the MCAT right now. I will probably use this throughout my career for getting deep work done. Occasionally, I also like other "beats" or "focus" music or even silence, but I'm definitely racking up some views for this video.

For people complaining about the working of binaural beats, use mid range head/ear phones, binaural beats works by creating a frequency difference between the right and left ear, high range headphones tend to have intelligent frequency equalisers and low end earphones dont support stereo neither of which have the intended effect
@crusader2.0_loading89 Жыл бұрын
Of course low end earphones support stereo

I actually recommend "as cheap as possible" headphones because they don't have any of the fancy features that interfere with proper playback.
