It's called Target lock,, Top of the right corner tap on enemy which enemy you want to land your skill.. and by Target lock you can teleport with teleporting skills

you have to target enemy then you can teleport, and sometimes you can't teleport if other enemy is near you because sometimes Attack will land nearby enemy. It will work if don't have nearby enemy and you Target ups or down enemy you will teleport
