Sorry but most of the builders in Indore are cheaters. Construction quality is very poor. Even in this house I could see plaster falling apart (probably due to water seepage) in the master bedroom wall below AC. This house will look like 30 years old in next two years. It's not your fault but I had bad experience with two builders.
